Certificate Verification using Blockchain

From students submitting fake certificates to the colleges for higher studies and to get placed in companies. Submitting fake documents is real and required immediate attention from the authorities, but it is not that much easy to identify the fake documents among the original. New technologies need to be implemented for error-free certificate validation. On one hand, the organizations cannot identify which one is original and which one is fake, there is always a chance of hiring an incompetent employee for their organization. Because of this problem, there is a chance of losing a genuine candidate for the right job.
The issues arising related to fake certificates and the fake universities need to be controlled by the government and is beyond the control of employers. The only possible way to tackle the issue is to verify candidates submitted the document by using third parties. These types of verifications can be termed as manual verification of documents. This process is always time-consuming and is not cost effective.

Certificate Verification using Blockchain can be used to solve the dilemma of verifying the document and can be used to identify fake certificates submitted without using any third party software. Certificates verified using Blockchain Technology is always reliable and transparent, No-one can alter the document once it is recorded in the blockchain network. In order to verify the certificates, it must be hashed into the blockchain network. Using Blocktick one can easily upload the hash code of the certificates and transfer the codes into the blockchain network. Once the certificates are hashed and recorded as a transaction, the hash codes are stored in the network. The recorded hash codes can be used to verify the certificates. If the data inside the certificates are edited the hash codes won’t match and can easily find out the fake documents.
